Art Institute Designer Dries Clear is an industrial-strength adhesive. It will adhere to the following: paper art, acetate transparency, cling vinyl, acrylic, leather, pleather, suede, ceramics, feather quills, wood, metal, polymer clay, shrink plastic, artificial and dried floral's, GLASS, beads, rocks, shells, non-washable fibers, leaves, concrete and most surfaces except those that are waxy, silicone or UV treated. It is permanent, waterbased, dries acid-free and remains permanently flexible. Glitter does not come off when applied correctly! Keep out of reach of children.
